How to stimulate natural hair oil?

Is there any ways to stimulate the hair natural oil? Does enhancing blood circulation helps?

My scalp is extremely dry and is causing dandruff problems. My hair don't even get oily after 4 days without washing; I only get more drandruff and itchy.

Warm 2oz of olive oil, add 5 drops of lavendar oil and 5 drops of orange oil (if you can't find orange oil a little orange zest will work but you need to let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes before using then)shake together in a tint applicator bottle (about 2 bucks). Using a natural boar bristle brush, throughly brush scalp in an upward motion for about 5 minutes (you don't need to brush your scalp hard, just enough to feel it and get the blood circulating to the area more) then apply the oil just to the scalp using the the applicator, then massage the oils into your scalp for about 5 to 10 minutes. Let oils remain on scalp for another 10 minutes. Apply shampoo to scalp before wetting hair, then wet and workk shampoo into a lather (it will not lather much due to the oil) rinse and shampoo hair again then condition. Doing this once or twice a month should make a big difference in your scalp's condition.
