Straightening natural black hair?

what is the BEST way to get african natural hair the very straightest using a blow dryer and a good tourmoline flat iron? what is the best routine, and products, what shampoo, what leave in conditioner or heat protectant, what technique to use when straightening and blow drying, PLEASE BE VERY DETAILED and step by step :)

well this is what my aunt does to my hair when i go to the shop...

washes it twice.

then put conditioner.let sit. then wash out.

put more conditioner then go under the hair dryer for 15mins.

that makes your hair nice and easy to comb through.

then rinse.

blow dry straight.

under the drier again to dry the scalp.

then press it with the hot comb.

then curl it down.

when she is finish it looks like my avatar.

this takes about 7 hours so yeah....every two weeks.

my hair doesnt get straight with a blow dryer or flat iron.

i dont know what kind of shampoos or conditioners she uses.

i cant be compltly sure but i can say if you buy protective spray it should be fine to flat iron just wait till it is dry
