tips for homemade natural hair dye recipes :

- aim to cover grey hair :try making a mixture of rosemary and sage. Mix the ingredients in water and allow them to simmer for about a half hour. Once it has simmered, remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to steep for a few hours. Apply to the hair and let it dry completely. Then wash and rinse your hair with your normal shampoo. When it has dried, you will see the results. If you want the hair darker, make another mixture and repeat the process. Another way to cover grey is to use walnut husks. This ingredient works best for brown hair. Mix and simmer on the stove for a half hour. Allow the mixture to steep for an hour or so until cool. Apply the color to the hair and allow it to dry. Then rinse the color from the hair.

- goal to dye hair ( red) :Kool aid. Only works in bright colors not natural hair colors. But you boil about two cups of water then put a packet of kool ade in it and then soak your hair in it while its still really hot (try not to touch your scalp with the boiling water, it will burn), your hair will change pretty quick, keep it in the kool ade for as long as you want until you get the right shade your looking for. It lasts about a week or two.

-You can bleach your hair and put blonde highlights by rinsing your hair with about 1/4 cup of lemon juice and 3/4 cup of water. You need to sit in the sun to bleach the hair with the lemon juice閳ユ獨 natural ability of bleaching.

-washing you hair with camomilla ( used dried camomilla, not "tea bags") + drying hair under the sunshine will ensure you brighter colour

Jello. It always work. When my son has red day or green day at school we use the jello mix. We make it with out sugar and then pour it over his head. Let it sit for awhile and then rinse out. It lasts a few days. Also you can use kool aide.
