I really don't have the money for bleach and i dont want to ruin my hair, I'm in JROTC and we aren't suppose to have 'un-natural' hair colors. if i bleach the parts i want pink it'll look weird when the pink fades out as well as well as its 'un natural'. School starts in less than 4 weeks. Is there anyway i can get the pink for the rest of the summer? Any suggestions?

well, you could always try a temporary dye like the spray kind or something, try getting a white dye and then layer a pink dye over that. if you get the spray kind than you have to
re-apply it but you have no worry of unnatural haircolors when you get back to school

Yes, I have a suggestion. Don't do it. You'll look like one of those Bratz dolls -- unless that's the idea.
