Im black and I used to have long curly thick hair. But I got a perm about 3 months ago, and it took my hair out and still didnt make my hair straight. How can I go back to my natural curly thich hair I once had?

You have to let your hair grow out and then cut the relaxed ends off.

While your transitioning you can do curly/wavy rollersets or blow out the curly roots to make your hair all one texture.
