is there any sort of natural fruit or anything that can tame and soften hair?? my hairs really thick and dry and impossible to control. can anything help???

I use a deep conditioner by REGIS called the Olive Oil deep treatment. It makes my dry hair amazingly soft. I know it's not a supplement but it does have some natural ingredients in it.
