go for it! i have medium to dark brown hair and i had so many highlights i was looking blonde. so i died it really dark brown past my normal color and i like it. it shouldnt damage your hair unless you just highlighted it in the last few days.

Sure, it wouldn't damage your hair, but go to a salon incase you need a colour correction to get back to brown otherwise it may go green.

Any chemical treatment will damage your hair so it's important to allow the appropriate time pass between treatments.

Someone I know ignored the advice of her stylist and most of her hair fell out. Her hair was long and it became very short because she didn't listen and kept overcoloring it.

Listen to the professionals and have patience.

I would let your highlights grow out or give them some months and then go for another color. It's hard to get your hair back in shape once you damage it. I know. That's a reason I am very careful with my hair. I'd rather it be very healthy because then I'm free to do what I want. I don't do anything with my hair on a whim.

yeah its way easier to to go darker then lighter and it looks better on hair

hell yeah, it looks hott, i have really dark hair and my skin is medium , but lucky you with the blue eyes... just watch out for the imonia content , if you are doin it by yourself, otherwise your stylist will know what to do..
