To Black Women with NATURAL HAIR or just a TEXTURIZER... please help!?

I need to find some good products to use on my hair... it is short, probably about 3 or 4 inches (but it's curly, so it looks about an inch) and I usually get it texturized with S Curl, which works great, but I haven't in a couple of months, which means that it is about half texturized, half natural. It all kind of looks the same, though. (I plan to get it texturized, soon, so I don't need to be told that!)

I just need to find something GOOD to use on my hair both in the shower, and in styling.

I welcome answers and help from all races and genders, though... you never know when you'll meet the white guy who's a hair dresser in a black neighborhood, or a white girl who has children by a person of color, and the kid's hair is like mine... but the last times I asked this kind of questions, I got smart aleck answers from some girls of caucasian persuasion who said mean things like "just use a pick and fro it out."

BUT! I look forward to constructive help from anyone!

Motions can dry your hair out if it it coarse. I used to use the CPR and it would work but 10 minutes later my scalp was very dry. It is for a certain type of hair texture Report It

I've used the cholesterol treatments. It makes my hair very soft and very manageable. Also, I have three boys and I keep their hair short and I like using the bottled activator for their hair. I hope it works.
